Taqwaly Tech LLC is a software company based in the United States. This policy explains how we handle information when you use taqwaly.com and Taqwaly Tech software and products.

Information you provide: when you contact us through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, and the project details you choose to share.

Automatic data: our servers record your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit in server logs.

If you use our apps: we collect the data needed to provide the service to you, including your in-app purchase status.

We use the information to respond to your enquiries, provide and improve our services, process transactions, keep the services secure and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers working under contract (for example, email and transit providers), with Apple where needed to support App Store payments — and we never receive your full card details — and when disclosure is required by law.

Payments for in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store payment card data.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold; however, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.

If you are in the United States, you may have rights under state law, such as the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — and we do not sell it. Where the GDPR applies, you also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.

The site and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact hello@taqwaly.com and we will remove it.
